Jacques Derrida reckons that zombies are especially interesting because they attack our fundamental concept of reality. Aristotle proposed that something must be either 'A' or 'not-A' but a zombie is neither truly dead nor truly alive. That's why they're extra scary. August seems to be the month of the dead - Earthquack! has no fresh music blood this month and yet it's very much alive somehow.

I'll be kicking out some cover versions as will Zorilla who are also debuting the new Worm and Sponge song 'So sad'. Will this be the one to propel W&S into the big league of songwriting teams?

Brian Conniffe and the Vinnie Cake will be DJ-ing and we have visual contributions from Joshua and Naomi Sex and Aisling Ni Chonraoi
Hope to see some of you freaks, fools and ghouls on Friday at The Shed. The usual terms and conditions apply.
