84 bus leaves from Eden Quay, front of Trinity and a few other choice locations about town. It passes through Bray and then Greystones. After Greystones there is a short and pleasant journey to Kilcoole, of roughly ten minutes. On the left hand side of the road there'll be a sign welcoming you to Kilcoole followed immediately on the left by the Scout Den. There's a bus stop right outside it.
