Bellows b2b Jonezy
CORK
Bellows (Going Underground)
Hailing from Killarney, Bellows caught my ear first at the Feile le Cheile festival in 2009 ,pulling a heavily loaded punch of 12s through the mud and playing some really sweet old school ragga and jungle-tek flavas after me on the Sunday
Bellows used to be the don of the Going Underground night, a regular DJ/Bands night in Killarney that played host to some of the breaks brackets finest including Jet Li, Code as well as crackin bands such as Tenpastseven and Los Langeros
Since them daze, this rude-bwoi has relocated to Cork where he's been laying down some of the heaviest sets goin – always a pleasure to listen to, watch mix Bellows delivers both old and new with a firm grip on new school Jungle flavahs
Jonezy (Rise Up / DubCulture)
Jonezy is a Cork bass addict who's been hustlin' bout the Dubstep an Jungle scene for a few moons at this stage - - A fiercely loyal vinyl junkie, Jonezy's been rollin with the DubCulture crew stirring up the sub at pretty much every Cork nite spot as well as festivals the land over. Noted for outrageous spends on classic Jungle 12 inchers, you will hear choons that are rarer than your granny's teeth with this cat and since his new Rise Up start premiered down south last year, he's had an even bigger platform to dispense his medicine. Look out.
