I love avant garde vegan's recipes. I don;'t bother too much with the seitan ones because its so time consuming and my bod does NOT love that much gluten, but his recipes are always great!

They could have been drier.

I went to eatyard before hand and had the smokey vish from vishshop, which is delicious and had vegan kimchi, which is one of the finer things in life so I think I made the right choice.
