YEAH ! the intro of this amazing - always makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up*
I remember watching this very show in 1981 as it was first time Joe Dolce did
'Shaddupa Your Face' on TOTP.
when it was repeated by BBC 4 a few years ago i had no memory of '.... Film Star' being
on it ( I was 5).
THE PASSIONS very neglected first LP 'Michael and Miranda' (Fiction) 1980)) follows
the relationship of a couple from a chance meeting to breakup. it's really well done,
produced by Mike Hedges (in late 1979) with lots of great songs (reissued by Cherry Red on CD).
no echoplex on that LP tho'

Barbara Gogan is from Dublin and her sister Susan also fronted another cool band PragVEC
whose material badly needs to be reissued.
