1 degree kelvin = 1 degree celcius, but kelvin and celcius just start at different points. -275.15 celcius is absolute zero, the coldest you can get, this is called 0 degrees kelvin, so 0 degree celcius is 275.15 kelvin. twice as cold (or half as warm) would be half 275.15, roughly -137 degrees celsius.
 
If its zero degrees in Dublin and twice as cold in London.

Pedantry, but you'd have just plain kelvin, not degrees kelvin.
