The one from Ignite amps is free (on computer). Loads a cab ir, so the amp sim sounds like an amp, not a fizzy distortion pedal at best.
Mooer radar is a pedal version, if you want to practice silently at home too. I had one, guitar-preamp pedal-radar, headphones out.

Yeah its the pedal ones I'm interested in..although I can't quite figure out do you need a special pre amp to go with them?

Some say you do some say you don't. I basically want a silent Marshall JCM 800

You will need a preamp. The ir is an eq curve mimicking the cab/speaker and mic. most preamp pedals have some sort of cab ir built in for headphones, the loader allows you to change that up. Even the cheap digital multi f/x units will allow you to chop and change amp and cab configurations. maybe look into one of those as a cheaper alternative??
