Yeah, got it from an apple store in town. Internet says it happens from time to time, and suggests it may be something to do with the files being VBR, so going to try re-encoding them.

Here anyone know how to use a 29sec mp3 i've uploaded as an iphone ringtone? I only found instructions for itunes 8, but i have itunes 9 which won't let you convert mp3 -> aac...a crucial step...converted the mp3 to aac w a 3rd party thing but itunes chuckled at me...chuckled.

any ideas?

If you set up your iTunes preferences for importing a CD to import as AAC then you should be able to convert the mp3 in iTunes.

Apparently if you unlock the phone, the vodafone customer can get a e25 a month Sim-only pack. This gets them 1G of date, 3000 texts and 900 minutes talk time.
Seems pretty good.

As far as i know all phones warrenty is void for water damage... Dont know if that includes insurance. Also let them tell you that its water damaged just say it stopped working
