Is their after sales service decent? any one any experience dealing with them, good or bad?

i bought my amp and CD player there. They give decent advice I think, didn't need to make use of any after sales service though..

my amp didn't survive the house move. It might be fixable but I have no idea about these things

I'm gonna get a new one. Also looking to replace my speakers with bookshelf speakers. Currently have floor standing ones that are BIG (which I'll probably give away).

this is the one I have - Denon PMA-600NE Integrated AmplifierBlack.

I'll prolly go same again (cos the price is ok).

I'll look at speakers later on.

maybe. It switches on, then after a couple of seconds turns itself off.

that was what was happening mine too. the power light flashed red instead of green and then it powered back off. i went to cloney audio in blackrock for that (because they were the distributors for that brand, arcam) but i think there are a few other repair places which might be cheaper (than €90 adjusted for inflation!)
