Venison heart or wood pigeon. I only eat upper class meats, yum yum.

Aubergine Parmigiana. Something like this. Except the aubergine is really lightly battered and fried. I also throw spinach into the mix.

i had vegan cod the other day. it was just skinned aubergine in a simple batter made with fizzy water (extra fluffy). it actually looked like cod, but i don't know if it tasted like it (long term fish hater). it tasted really good anyhow, the texture was like melted cheese. aubergine is such a wonder food. i tote have the horn for it all the time.

btw, pavalova rocks forever.
 
the aubergines are grand alright. slice it in half, smear a clove or two of garlic on, olive oil and a bit of pepper and then lash it in the oven for a few minutes. if you chop up a tomato and put it on top then sprinkle some hot chilli sauce and some herbs and then bake it its even nicer. might have it for tea this evening...
