It doesn't. It has a Wilkinson bridge which is similar to a standard strat bridge in the way it functions, but looks a bit posher. you can set it up to float or to work as normal. I've mine floating the tiniest amount so you can up-bend with your pinky, i've seen some online setup in a more floyd rose style.
