Went to another auction recently in the Uk and bought a stack of 7". To be honest most of them I know little about/ think are mainly NME hair-cut bands. Anyway I'd appreciate some feedback on the bands/ artists below that are defo worth a listen.

hard luck on the purchases there, pal. probably didn't set you back much though?

I love the Beat Up - Good band. They supported Franz Ferdinand on tour for a while and their drummer had to stand in for Franz' drummer when he fell ill in Japan. They've broken up now so you're purchase could end up a collectors item :)

The Concretes are good too.

Burn the Glitterati.

Yeah, these auctions are the business - biddin and all that.......like you're buying a couple a couple of Aberdeen Angus heifers with the auld lad in the local mart and it's about 1984.

The next one is in March of next year in Bedford (shithole by the way), England. Will be fettin some mates down from Cambridge and Oxford and making a proper day of it.
