Those machines in the gym that vibrate and you just stand on it and hold on - are they any good for anything? I look at people on them and think "you're only codding yourself". On the other hand I haven't grown one muscle since I started going to the gym last year so mybe I'd be better off standing on this yoke rather than exhausting myself with the other gym contraptions.
 
Don't know about those vibrating things. Weight lifting machines are designed specifically for very certain muscle groups but If you are trying to build muscle and are not then maybe your overdoing doing it? Muscle building exercises are very different to say aerobic ones where you try to move and jump about as much as possible. Weight lifting should be done very slowly with not to many lifts and not to much weight.
