I've set my homepage to Google and my search engine to Google

Every time I open Chrome it opens on 'Ask'

why?

I use chrome for Android on my phone. All my apps except for chrome can access my location without a problem however chrome is unable to figure out where the he'll I am. Why? I have allowed Google to do whatever the fuck they want with my location data.
