Giving up the smokes (1 Viewer)

Not so easy when you've got things going on that make you want/(need) to smoke

believe me, you can do it if you want to. ive had so much stress since Christmas and just found myself drinking more Tea and eating more fruit and well, having a few more spliffs. i gave up at a point probably where id normally smoke more ciggies.

i fell off the horse there at electric picnic when i was dancing like a mad yoke to maroon 5 on a nearby ghetto blaster.
previous to that id been off them a year.
do i have to start over or can i say ive been off them a year and a month?

6 whole days, that's enough of an effort for now.

New plan: Smoke myself to death and fund it by opening a book on whether cancer or emphysema gets me first.

i'm on them like a fat kid on a cake.

I had my first 'wake up to hack and wheeze' session last night. The very thought of quitting is breaking my diseased heart.

It makes me so unhappy, not being able to breathe and all. See, if i cant breathe properly, i cant smoke properly, and this leads to all kinds of complications. I feel like i've failed cigarrettes somehow. If only i could keep in shape so i could continue. are there any smoking-excercises i can do to get me back on top of my game?

i gave up around the same time but have had a couple of drunken slips.

Ah sure even people who've never smoked have those.

Why bother stopping, sure you can get them cheap on the net.
