most of them are really poor. badly made with lots of similar cliches and rarely do a film justice.

Yes, there are production companies dedicated to making trailers. There was a story going around a few years ago that the Suicide Squad movie was so unsalvageable that they hired one of these trailer companies to edit the actual movie to get something useable out of it. (Spoiler: they didn’t.)
