They're showing tales of the unexpected on Sky Arts at lunchtime
they've being showing TOTU for years and I have no idea why. has no relationship to anything else they broadcast.

I've been rewatching it (on youtube) on my lunch breaks during the week

"The Flypaper" remains one of the most horrifying things I've ever watched

best place to put this I'd say.

Have any of you heard of a British series from the 70s called Shadows Of Fear? Was only made familiar over the weekend when Jonny Trunk released the opening tune on a 7". It's a deadly opening, and a nifty little tune too. Have since ordered the DVD set. Will hopefully make for good Xmas viewing. Folk Horror though? maybe not like

Clive Exton's "Stigma", featuring the late Peter Bowles who died yesterday. A family move into a remote country house on the edge of a stone circle. When they decide to have a stone in their garden moved, they unwittingly unleash an ancient curse.

This gets decidedly mixed reviews but I think its worth watching once anyway.
