have been in absolute shit since Sunday.
Whipped this up last night. Had about 4 bowls of last night and slept till 14:40 today.

Roast 3-4(I roasted 5) garlic bulbs, wrapped in foil with a bit of olive oil in oven. 210degrees for 40 minutes. remove and let cool
Diced 2 onions, 4 celery stalks. sliced 6-8 carrots. Softened in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add 4 chicken breasts along with 2-3 litres of stock. couple of bay leaves, thyme and a bit of dill.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 40min.
Squeeze the garlic in.
roughly mash the lot to break up the chicken.
Throw in a bunch of frozen peas.

In another pot, boil up a a bunch of tagliatelle, cook al dente. drain and add to pot.

add juice from half a lemon.

eat.

sweat out the flu.

rejoin life.

does garlic not lose its medicinal use once its been cooked?

sounds delicious either way!

I'd say 5 bulbs(not cloves) has to retain something?
Either way, I'm feeling 200% better than I was this time yesterday.
Had some whacked out dreams too.

Tom Yum is the biz for flu as well. Really clears the head.

I always have a jar of this stuff on hand - couple of spoons, boiling water, fish sauce and some shreadded veg - it'll sort you right out
