Someone has got access to my account and turned on two-step verification with a strange phone number. As it happens I'm still logged in on my browser so I removed payment the options but I can't turn off two-step verification or change my password without verifying my account. Customer services number is not currently open and the number the security site directed me to is down because they are upgrading the system. What should I do? I'm hungover as hell...
