Doing Album Covers , How much should you charge?? (1 Viewer)

One of me mates got asked to do an album cover for some band , don't ask me the name I forgot already ,anyway their meant to be well know in England but nit that big and the CD will definitely be released in a few countries. He's just wondering how much do people get paid for doing this kind of thing and what happens if they make it a T-shirt or a poster . Do you get royalties?!?!?!?

I figured someone on here must have experience with this craic.

He could charge a couple of thousand or a couple of hundred- depends on what the band is willing to spend
