not a building, but i've always had a soft spot for the monument in the phoenix park commemorating the Battle of Cybertron

Where do I start?

Hammam Buildings, O’Connell Street. (In fact, the whole of the left-hand side as you walk towards the river. Bar the ugly shop fronts). .

Dept. of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Kildare Street.

The Custom House.

The Old ICS Building between D’Olier and Westmoreland Streets. Was Man Utd. Shop, now Redz.

Trinity College Museum Building. Front Building. Rubricks. Arts Library (The old part).

Bank Of Ireland, College Green.

Jasus, there’s millions.

The trick is, as Kirstie says, to look up. The beauty is above the eye-level in most cases on account of the rotten shop fronts, etc.

see the statue with the phoenix on it?

that bugs me

the park gets its name from Fionn Uisce- pure/clear water

nothing about mythical birds

someone should really blow it up

It is an affront

The Long Hall

heh, ay. Punch and Judy.

I like the Rapunzel towers on Georges St. (South, not North)

Or the very top of the building on the corner above Habitat/Fox's cigars....around there. Pointy rapunzel buzz. That's brilliant lookin.

Christchurch is cool too, I suppose, especially the bridge across...

There's a house on our road, Kilmainham Lane opposite the Royal Oak which is deadly. I'll take a picture and stick it up.

While I'm in the area IMMA is a deadly building.

The run down barracks thing in the Pheonix park behind the obelisk also gets my vote. Gonna photo in on Thursday after work.

That art deco building in maybe Rathfarnham. Has a furniture shop and resource centre in it now.

Anyone know where this is?
