I hope you are planning to bake and eat a lot of bread (that's roughly 4 loaves, depending on the recipe) and not waste any of it.

We were just going to snort it like it was cocaine.

but seriously, we go through kilos a week between pizzas, tortillas, flatbreads, regular bread, scones, cinnamon buns, waffles, pancakes, and feeding the sourdough starter.

We ordered from some crowd who normally supply restaurants but now have a surplus as they are no longer supplying them. Haven’t seen any in the supermarket in weeks.
