I know it's a dumb, obvious point to point out the hypocrisy of saying some protests are ok, others are not... but what's the argument in favour of that position?

While Christianity has not been great for mankind to say the least, most people identifying as Christians are not only harmless but actually nice. This stuff is actively harmful (particularly to himself as someone in an at-risk category) and acutely disruptive when it comes to beating this thing. To me, it’s like the far right, tolerating it at all is a slippery slope towards disaster. The fact that the anti-lockdown/“scamdemic” narrative is so closely linked with the far right doesn’t help at all.
