I've been wondering about this sort of thing.

"I'm sitting in my car because I hate my neighbours and family". What do the police do then? It's a real issue.

Assuming you're able to avoid any formal chilling, or entering into a state of chill, it would appear that you're ok.

I'm actually exempt, as someone with a grade IV chilling qualification, but I take your point.

Grade IV will get you chilling levels close to, if not exceeding, Dylan.

Here, my drinking is completely out of control lately. I'm climbing the walls here, and I'm drinking waaaaay too much.
This morning I pottered out of bed to the kitchen, and opened the fridge thinking "I'll just have a quick beer to sort of ease myself into the day".

Only to realise I'd drunk everything the previous night.

I don't think that's a good sign.

I'd say 3 bad signs there.

That reminds me, I have to decide on a cocktail to make this week

You're not alone on that one I'm sure.

A few years ago I set myself a new years resolution of "No drinking during daylight hours". Obviously it's a good one to try in January.

I kept it up until about April I think, but it helped a lot. I was doing shift work at the time, so I thought nothing of having a beer after work, even if it was actually eight in the morning.
