Getting desperate texts asking me how to cook lamb

"I have two hours"

sorry i wasn't around for this.

1kg cubed shoulder (or similar), 1 200g jar black olive paste.
combine, cover. oven @ 150c/300f for 2 hours.
simple as that and way more impressive/enjoyable that it seems/you'd expect. the lamb/olive combination is one of those cooking alchemies that has to be tried.
