Have you changed your grind to suit the Aeropress? I can't remember which, but it either needs to be coarser or finer than an espresso machine or mokka pot. I think coarser. There's a gazillion internet articles on it, but it does make a big difference
Yeah, I have managed to get it quite sweet with a coarser grind and ensuring it's well off the boil, but struggling to get it...intense. Been reading and watching around and I probably need to get a thermometer to be more accurate with the water temperature (although I do seem to be getting the hang of it anyway. Used this method a bit). I could leave the coffee to steep (?) longer in the water but probably run the risk of over extraction and bitterness that way, right?Have you changed your grind to suit the Aeropress?
