yarg. never looked for it in ireland - only had it in devon. nettle-wrapped, fresian milk cheese which has a good crumble at its core. must search it out here.

€5.80 for a disc, that's 240 grams iirc. The helpful (and alluring) lady said it can be vacuum packed to offer some protection in shipping. Gonna go get myself one on Monday (I dont know why I didn't just buy it this morning) so let me know.

Yes. This is rather small though so I thought disc more apt.

€5.85, cheaper (by weight) than St Cillians Irish so I'm happy enough. Should be eating it within the half hour, its been stinking up the bus for the last hour.

Good call there @7 - No tomorrow , Reblochon is delicious, ate most of it between last night and this morning, have a sandwich here but I'll wait till I leave the library to eat that.

It also gets lovely and warm during the summer (much warmer than here).

And the cheese curds I had there were one of the nicest things I've ever eaten.
