The Hard Ons had a fairly infamous visit to Ireland in 1989 - I think.

Some skinheads beat up one of them - De Silva I think, who is Sri Lankan.
A gig in some regional town was cancelled when the venue owner saw punks arriving and there was trouble there after with disappionted punters.
Then the grandmother of one the band died while they were here and they cancelled the tour and flew home.
Have I got all that right ?

Possibly,they played the temple in dublin. The creepy one was not in the band at the time
