honestly never heard of Cannonball Adderley until now. at least I know now. he worked with a lot of big guns.
The joke with that album was not that its the band keeping up with the Jones's, but the Jones's keeping up with the band.

Used to see this name thumbing through secondhand jazz lps in Japan... don't know it personally.

Anyway, gets my vote [eh, even though I can't actually vote].

This and Shaney's look like the most interesting nominations so far [Will preview his selection in a bit. Very interesting record label [Oren Ambarchi's innit].

Got it. Doh. But I'm guessing I can't make a nomination.

I'm happy to stay snarky in the non-subscriber dugout area - snuff is at an all-time buyer's low - and just chew out Scutter's playing. He's no hornsman on the nomination field.
