Anyone ever dealt online with this crowd?

I bought So Cow's new LP off them about 6 weeks ago but haven't received it yet. Got onto them about 2 weeks ago asking them what the story was but have hit the dreaded wall of silence.

Suggestions of a non-violent nature appreciated.
