So I was up the north for me birthday and stopped in to sound shop in Drogheda on my way home to look at an Aria superstrat they had and ended up coming bout with this instead.
Unreal guitar for €260. Recommended for anyone looking for a strat on a budget. Great sounding and playing guitar. Aria pro ii STg-62
It's based on a 62 strat apparently. It's amazing what you can get for small bucks these days.

I didn't need this guitar ,and after a bit of buyers remorse wore off I'm glad I have it now it's got a good clang to it. Its 100% giggable

This won't be the last strat Ill buy I reckon!

All the cool bass players* had Arias back in the 80s in Wexford town. Does it sound convincingly strat-like @GO ? I don't care what it's like to play, I'm not much of a guitar player, but could really use a strat sound for recordings

* not me, obvs

It sounds exactly like a strat. Not quite as nice as my US deluxe but very good nonetheless.
Alnico pickups. Could probably be upgraded at some point down the line I reckon

The guy who worked on lawsuit guitars went to aria around 1980 and they had a few great years. My main giggin guitar is one, best 90eu ever spent on a guitar.

Ahh these Arias are made in China..I don't think they bare any relation to the old ones.

That is unreal looking.

I've been playing my new one non stop..its made me realize I need to get the frets leveled on my Fender .. the action has crept up on it
