Band Competition Number 2!
After the success of Band Competition number 1, we are happy to
announce that we're doing it again, and this time the prizes are a
tiny bit BIGGER!
Last time Blag came first place, winning two days FREE RECORDING in
Ashtown Recording Studio, where they recorded their EP '13
Conditions'.
Veto came second place, and are going into the studio for their one
free day on Good Friday!

This time, first place gets FOUR FREE DAYS (worth 1440.00!!), second
place gets TWO FREE DAYS (worth 720.00!!)..EASY!

WHAT TO DO?
Stick your name in the hat, we'll contact you with your performance
date and time. Simple. We don't want to hear a cd, if you're great,
we'll see on the night!

WHEN?
Every Thursday Night, starting Thursday 4th May, running for ten
weeks in total.
Doors always half seven, first act on always half eight.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Six heats of five bands, two bands go through from each heat.
2. Three semi finals, two bands go through from that.
3. One final of six bands, two winners.

IS THERE AN ENTRY FEE?
No entry fee!! HOWEVER, any act who draw an audience of less than 20 will be disqualified!
Harsh perhaps, but fair enough.

HOW IS IT JUDGED?
Two independent industry judges make up 60% of the vote, audience
make up remaining 40%.

HOW MANY PLACES?
If you're any good at maths, you'll see that we only have 30 places,
so stick your name down fast!
