I have one of those. They are a lot of fun. Great cleans, reverb and tremolo. I reckon they are as good as a Jazz Chorus but look way cooler.

Just agreed to buy a mic off of a guy on adverts.

Is it the done thing to ask to test the yoke to make sure it's functioning when I get there, he's got a 90%+ positive feedback score and looking through his history he's sold a fair bit of decent studio gear in the past, for far more than I'm paying for the microphone.

I have one and they're great, 290 seems a little steep though 200 would be closer to what I'd expect. I was thinking of selling mine for about 3-350 but it's been upgraded with Deacci hand wound P90s.
