Awesome cookbooks recommendation megathread (1 Viewer)

Cookbooks have come on a bit since 2008. Here are the five of my most used. Recommendations for lesser known books appreciated or just more like below which are all heavily featured in places like The Guardian!

The Green Roasting Tin - Rukmini Iyer. I haven't made anything that was below very good from this yet. Last night it was roasted sweetheart cabbage with mushrooms and sichuan pepper which was deadly.

Every Grain of Rice - Fuchsia Dunlop. Simple Chinese Home Cooking as the rest of the title says.

A Modern Way to Cook and a Modern Way to Eat - Anna Jones. Both are great with some really simple veggie recipes and really fiddly ones too if you want to go to lots of effort.

Fresh India - Meera Sodha.
