The Watchmakers (UK) growing reputation as one of the must see live bands in the North West has received hype from the likes of NME, Manchester Evening News, BBC Introducing and XFM, drawing comparisons from Revolver-era The Beatles to The Verve and Primal Scream. http://www.thewatchmakers.co.uk/index.php
"Putting the strut back into psych." - (NME)
“One of the juiciest psych-rock delights you could pluck from the music playing fields of the UK right now.” - (Louder Than War)
“The visceral charge of BRMC and the psychedelic adventure of Primal Scream.” - (Manchester Evening News)
TAU (Berlin/Earth) is a collaborative project spearheaded by Berlin-based Shaun Mulrooney (Humanzi), live organist and percussionist for Dead Skeletons. The project is a collage of ideas and trance-induced soundscapes and comes from a lineage of those who are influenced by the psychedelic/psycho-active experience. https://youtu.be/lx_BSKfgXCQ
The Urges (Dub) Witnessing The Urges live is something that goes beyond the sounds creeping out of amplifiers. Using light, film and colour, bathed in swirling visuals, they, as men, become part of the music, a visual and aural assault on the senses. https://www.facebook.com/theurges
This Other Kingdom (Dub) "Conjuring images of a dystopian future of paranoia, chaos and uncertainty, This Other Kingdom’s heady cocktail of neo psychedelic space rock is one to lose yourself in." https://www.facebook.com/pages/This-Other-Kingdom
Otherkin (Dub) have been causing quite a fuss since they came together 2 years ago. In that time they have released two very promising EPs, knocked out a few remarkably high quality videos, and established them as one of the foremost must see bands in Dublin. https://www.facebook.com/otherkinOK
Elastic Sleep (Cork) Elastic Sleep are a Cork-based pop band. Channelling visceral hooks from the darker recesses of the heart, the band expresses the melancholia inherent in the human condition through fragile melodies, primal rhythms and ethereal feedback. https://www.facebook.com/elasticsleepband
