I have been delving in to Aphex Twin’s back catalogue over the past few weeks. So fucking good. How have I not listened to him until my mid-30s? Thanks to whoever voted for this album for bringing it to my attention.

fucking love tris album in general. I l,ove how restricted the sound pallet is on each track. Fingerbib is one of my favourite tracks of all time. Such an amazing melody. Love this cover of it too: Years ago (2006?) I meticulously made a note-accurate midi file to use as a polyphonic ringtone on my phone. So much time I sunk into it. Can't find it at all now.

I think people are being unnecessarily mean about her, sounds like she had a blast. She's only young and didn't know old person's electronic music. I hadn't heard of Silver Apples in my early 20's.
I thought it was funny when she said she felt her soul had been violated; given the line in Come To Daddy about "I want your soul"!
