this is a very confused Rothko here.

I've naturally managed to completely screw
up my access to my old thumped account.

em, I followed the instructions you sent in that email

clicked on http://209.204.240.222/bbs/member.php3?action=lostpw

entered the email address I registered with and followed the instructions

the end result to my horror was that I now have fucked
up my rothko account

my old password is now my username and I've got a bunch of
numbers for a password

how do I bring rothko back to life????

if rothko was your old nickname, then it's your username now

the numbers thing is your new password what you can be changing if you want

I can change your rothko password for you if that doesn't work

right

y'all should have gotten an email telling you to retrieve your password

you need to go through that procedure, and it'll validate your email address then mail you a new (numerical) password

you then use your old nickname and this new password to log in, ok?


watch out if you're cutting & pasting the new password - if you accidentally include a stray space at the end it'll reject the password.

Once I'm into the Fora I rarely go back out to the index. I prefer to jump from forum to forum via Scrolling select-a-forum at the bottom of the page.
