I spent a few hours playing this with a friend recently and it was great.
Although what we did, rather than follow the main storyline, was create a female Schwarzenegger with massive strength, low intelligence and high luck. On top of that we chose related strength and luck perks when the opportunity came up. We decided to only allow her melee weapons (no blades/no guns/no flame/no grenades) so soon we had a female Hercules in a red sequinned dress and a yellow fedora that had a very high statistical chance of vaporising any assailant's head with only a tire-iron.
Anyone been actually playing it properly? Fallout:New Vegas surprised me by turning into one of my favorite games of all time, despite me having lost interest in Fallout 3 quite quickly and only "quite liking" Skyrim (literally the same game in a different skin).
