how can I download podcasts etc on Linux and then put them on to an ipod.This is my first time using it and anytime I goole a search I just cannot understand what the hell people are on about. Can anyone give me instructions ( step by step , even inclusing things like click on x , click on y, ) please.?

never used it though. i'm pretty faithful to windows because of things like software compatibility and documentation. i wouldn't have thought linux would be much craic unless you knew what you were doing.

I think mediamonkey has a linux version and can sync an ipod without undue frustration.
