My youngest daughter was lagging behind as we walked up Grangegorman today; the older daughter looked back to see some fucker searching his pockets as he drove, mounting the pavement and narrowly missing her. He was gone before I even knew about it. These are the fuckwits in whose hands your childrens' lives are sometimes held. I urge you all to never go out and if you must - tie your kids securely to you on a very short leash at all times ... inside a tank or armoured car of some sort.

I got my eldest a bike last year, but never let him out on his own on it, due to pricks speeding around the estate.
