New electoacoustic thing from NNA Tapes... mixed bag of extended drones, spoken word, splattering hiss, digital natter and some other sonic bricolage that seems to flow quite nicely together. The sort of album I'd expect a character in an early 90s Atom Egoyan film to make.

New solo release from Jennifer Moore on the Dublin based wherethetimegoes label... in the ether park with Julianna Barwick etc.

This band is completely new to me. Only two tracks available to listen. Ex- Arab on Radar bloke, and other Skingraft Records alumni... so you know what park these boys are playing in.

Came across a review in the latest Wire magazine, not sure it lives up to the hype the scribe bestows on it.
 
Loving this right now. 2 piece band from Australia but originally from Ireland I think. I’m not sure how you’d categorise it, I guess grungy post punk
