good stuff. I've been pretty-much part-time for the entirety of the pandemic. It takes a wee bit of getting used to and, while there are definitely downsides, the upsides are great, especially during the summer months.
depends on levels of insanity being caused.
as a rule I try never to leave a job unless I have another to go to first, but I wouldn't stick rigidly to that if it was compromising my mental health.
