Cave Story+ Great game, free on Epic. The original big indie game. All literally made by one guy, all the art, music, programming, animation, script etc. Quite an achievement.

Well, finally got around to this one and wasn't into it at all. Thoroughly enjoyed 4, and Blood Dragon, but this was just too much more of the same. Her man from Breaking Bad/Saul does a good job though. (Played 1, no interest in 5 or New Dawn)

It starts off a *lot* easier. That's all probably final level shit. Give it a spin. It's fun.

Enter The Gungeon is free on Epic Games this week. It's an insanely fun twin-stick Rogue-like bullet-hell dungeon crawler. Very very fun. You will die. A lot. Get hit 3 times and it's game over. Then you start from scratch.

GTA V is €14.99 on Steam at the moment, an all time low. If you've not played it, that's a lot of bang for your buck. Worth it alone for the fact that it contains the greatest video game acting performance of all time... Plan to be a shut-in at Xmas? This is the one for you.

I love it so much, but it's a hard game to recommend. I'm even baulking at their Sanhok pass - if they'd put their fucking house in order I'd absolutely be buying the pass regardless that I don't give a piss about cosmetics or "progression".

Guacamelee is €1.39 on Steam today. If you can co-op this with somebody I can gaurantee you a very very good time. Simply one of the most fun games I've ever played. It's a metroidvania btw. Takes a short while to see the appeal when you get started, but then it's awesome.
