Saw it on stalkbook alright. Don't think I can make it unfortunately. Only got into her very recently while trawling through the Drag City catalog. She's great the bits I've heard. Which album is a good place to start?

Row 11 for me, stage left. Looks okay, although it's hard to predict. I've only ever sat in the upper tiers when going with my Dad, otherwise standing all the way. Absolutely! It'll be savage one way or another. Last time I saw Bjork was one of the best gigs ever

Got tickets as well. Not in the flat seating but lower tier. Hopefully they're decent.

Yeah fantastic live band. I think they did a show in the Village one Paddy's Day and I brought a few cousins along who were over from England. Was dreading, thinking it probably wouldn't be their cup of tea but they were blown away. Didn't even know they were still on the go.

The drummer is Sarah from September Girls, Girls Names, Cruising etc. Saw them at a house party a while ago. They're great.

My only time seeing him and also loved it. The amount of times heard "but he didn't play [such and such - usually Keep on Rocking..]" on the way out of it. Almost made it better

What's the new album like? I've only got the first few but the last couple have sort of passed me by.

Yeah definitely. I wasn't sure if it was going to be full-on that new album sound but it wasn't. Nary a keyboard in sight. Some triggers/loops obviously but still just a 3-piece. They've expanded their sound but subtly. They never disappoint but it was a really terrific gig.

What you think? Mostly just played songs off the last 3 albums but did play 'Lazy' and finished with 'Murderer'. It's unfortunate to play such a long set and leave about 10 albums unrepresented but a minor complaint. Super show.
