    I kinda think the 'shir go out and have a walk / run' is more for people who are starting to think they are depressed rather than people who are full blown depressed - much like the '5 a day' campaign or anything else where gentle prevention measures are way better than no measures.

    I know a lad who does insane pullups on facebook. One arm, in slow motion with the neck above the bar. The whole thing takes like ten seconds. Basically has bruce lee upper body going on. It's insane - I've known him years but only added him on there a few months back

    I dunno In don't have my phone on me when I do work that has walking in it but my average is less than a mile here. The walking parts aren't in a lot of people's lives though. Driving is averaging 2-3 hrs a day. Booo.

    I live near a golf club and went there once for a pint and was stared at like i'd shat on the bar. It was a charity night and i thought going then and buying their stupid raffle tickets would be a way to i dunno, have a conversation or something.
