    There are lots of smaller farms and family farms too. Reminded me a lot of parts of Ireland, except the barns looked different. I saw lots of different cheese and meat products that were locally produced. Lots of German influence.

    It also gets lovely and warm during the summer (much warmer than here). And the cheese curds I had there were one of the nicest things I've ever eaten.

    Coming from America's Dairyland and the home of the cheeseheads it should be good.

    And the only time I drank it made me chronically sick, which really proves my point and reinforces my views on consumption of things living at time of ingestion ;)

    I like cheese as much as anyone else (except maybe jane) so I'd probably give anything a go... but I refuse to eat anything that would still be living and breathing when it passes my lips so no thanks.
