Tomorrow is Wednesday, and I don't work on Wednesdays (at least until I run out of Parental Leave, or our financial reality forces me to acknowledge that I need to be paid for 5-day weeks). I might bring the boy to the zoo.

We had Quesidillas and Enchiladas. The salsas were amazing... tomatillos are a revelation to me! And this salsa Ancho Chile Salsa - Mexican Recipes - Salsa Recipes - Delish.com was perfect for the Enchilada sauce. Wish I'd tried making my own years ago.

I just cooked up three different batches of salsa. Quesidillas tomorrow night, and various Mexican food for the next week I think :D

ann post, what country was this in? You should be entitled to free medical care (including emergency) in public hospitals in Ireland. There are charges for ambulances and maybe a minor charge for A&E without a referral, but care other than that should be covered (it's part of the reason we pay...

Organic wool duvets, pillows and other bedding are supposed to be great for allergy sufferers, not cheap but a friend of my Dad got some a few years ago and he swears by it. As long as my sheets don't get washed with biological detergent or softener I'm ok.

You cannot beat a proper down duvet - lovely and warm without being too heavy. We recently decided to go Scandinavian style with a duvet each instead of fighting over a shared one. Sleeping with a duvet tucked in under each shoulder = heaven.
