    I haven't heard Kendrick Lamar yet but the guy who plays sax for him, Kamasi Washington, released a fantastic and sprawling jazz album called The Epic which I have been loving. As for Wu-Tang, three listens in and I'm completely won over. Will be buying a physical copy of this next week.

    Finally had a chance to listen to this tonight, couldn't crank it up because everyone else was in bed but I soon realised that it wasn't going to be as energetic as I was expecting. Really into the vibe on this, the music itself reminds me a bit of Tricky but the vocals have way more of an edge...

    It's a genre I've started to get into more in recent years. So far I've picked up some Public Enemy and NWA (not exactly obscure but good places to start) and will probably grab stuff by The Coup and Ultramagnetic MC's next based on recommendations. And obviously will be listening to this next.

    New to me too. I only know "Gravel Pit" because it made the charts and had a great video, looking forward to new sounds.
