    Good call there @7 - No tomorrow , Reblochon is delicious, ate most of it between last night and this morning, have a sandwich here but I'll wait till I leave the library to eat that. Gonna look for Yarg next.

    €5.85, cheaper (by weight) than St Cillians Irish so I'm happy enough. Should be eating it within the half hour, its been stinking up the bus for the last hour.

    €5.80 for a disc, that's 240 grams iirc. The helpful (and alluring) lady said it can be vacuum packed to offer some protection in shipping. Gonna go get myself one on Monday (I dont know why I didn't just buy it this morning) so let me know.

    I'm gonna have to get this, have been wanting to make cheese a while now. Otherwise, I'm mad for blue cheese (Cashel Blue is particularly good as is Castello, both cheap in Tesco) and Port Salut, although that one is quite sticky and tough to apply to bread/crackers. Any cheese recommendations...
