Ended up at a Rory Gallagher tribute band in Fibbers. No idea what they were called, but great fun.

I picked up a white t-shirt, do you remember how much they were selling the record for? It's mad expensive in town, I think I saw it in Tower for €32 or something nuts like that, I picked it up online for about €15 less.

Saw a few tweets about this last night alright, looked like a good show.

I was at it, and had a grand old time. The sound was a bit fucked up (ho ho!) for the first couple of songs for me, I was standing in the middle of the room, but when I moved over to the right after "Son The Father" it improved vastly. They were a bit more subdued than the last couple of times...

Rednecks as well, what can I say, good as ever. Hoping they play again in the spring, what with a new LP out and all.

Good man, that's commitment! Yeah, it would have been good to see them do some of the B-sides and covers, would especially have like to see them do Broken. Wish I could see them again actually. Although their welcoming attitude to former members makes me hopeful I might catch him with them again!
